HELLO

Get to
Know Me

I really enjoy being a part of this work! It's pretty wild. You may not guess, but I've always been the odd duck. Looking at this from an observer perspective, it all makes perfect sense. Each step, no matter how big or small, conservative or "out there" gave me the tools and teachings to be able to meet women where they are. To be fluid while supportive. To be a safe, non judgmental, open minded and hearted witness for them.

Something you may assume is, I know everything about vulva's, women's sexual health, women's rights... No. This work is teaching me So Much. And I love it! There's always something new to learn. I get to be a student every day whether that is learning something new about women, art or running a nonprofit.

I've always seen myself as a "wanderer" of sorts. Picking up trainings here, books there. Teaching what I learn along the way. The quote: "Those who wander are not always lost", resonates. I think this work is a reflection of this way of being for me.

Outside of this body of work, I'm a mother to two big hearted humans, two crazy dogs and by crazy, I mean untrained. I can't do it all!! I also get to say, I'm a grandmother! To a sweet dog and silly cat. I love to get out into nature whether that's camping, hiking or dance under the moon. In my future, I foresee volunteering, traveling, festivals, more learning and a lot of playing.

More than anything, I hope to continue contributing to the healing of this world more, than I take from it.

The Imposter

No formal training or background.

A moment of reflection.

Imagine standing in front of a mirror, truly seeing yourself—not just your face, not just your body, but the essence of who you are. When was the last time you honored the parts of you that have given life, pleasure, and wisdom?

That’s the space I want to create. A space where we can look at something so deeply personal, profoundly transformative, and hidden away.

I’m Christina Castaldo, sexual healing artist and founder of For Her Benefit, a nonprofit dedicated to women’s sexual healing and empowerment. I want to take people on a journey—a journey of reclamation, connection, and radical self-love by sharing the art of Yoni Printing.

From the moment we enter this world, messages about our bodies start shaping our beliefs. The majority of women are taught to be modest, to shrink themselves, to carry shame where there should be understanding and celebration. Our bodies, particularly our yonis, become sites of silence, secrecy, societal conditioning, and violence.

But what if we could rewrite that narrative? What if we could take back the authorship of our own stories?

Yoni Print art is not just an artistic expression; it is a declaration. It is a way to say: I see myself, I honor myself, and I am worthy—just as I am.

We live in a world that tells women what is acceptable, desirable, beautiful, and respectable. It tells women when they are too much and when they are not enough. But when a woman truly sees her own Yoni or sees it through the powerful lens that art offers, something shifts. There is a moment—a breath of recognition—where she realizes: This is me. This is mine. And I am beautiful. That moment is healing. That moment is empowerment. And when we share that moment with others, we create a movement.

At For Her Benefit, we are creating that movement. Our work is about more than art—it is about education, connection, and transformation. We provide spaces for women to explore their relationship with their bodies, to engage in open conversations about sexual health, and to break the generational cycles of shame. Through workshops, events, and advocacy, we are weaving a community where every woman feels seen, heard, and valued.

But this movement cannot exist in isolation. It thrives when we come together—curators, educators, healers, advocates, and allies. Imagine a world where women’s sexual health is not taboo, where pleasure is not a secret, and where healing is accessible to all. Imagine a world where your daughters, sisters, and friends grow up knowing that their bodies are sacred and worthy of love—without conditions. That world begins with us. And that is why I choose this work.

I invite you to join us—whether by bringing this work into your communities, supporting our initiatives, purchasing a Yoni Print, making a financial contribution or simply having conversations that disrupt the silence. Your contribution and collaboration matters.

I’ll leave you with this: What would change if we all honored our body, fully and without shame?

When we reclaim our body, we do more than heal ourselves—we create a legacy of empowerment for the generations that follow.

It’s time for me to do my part.

I dedicate this work to the women before me and to the women to come,

to the women who began this sweet practice and those who continue to share it quietly in Red Tent Circles,

to my mother who did her very best given where she came from and the deep wounds caused by her mother,

to my children who teach me every day that we have the power to change our generational patterning,

to Deborah for showing me what motherhood could look like and planting a brush in my hand, encouraging me to just paint,

to Stevie, Vanessa and Jessica, family is more than blood. Even when you're not here, you're with me.
