Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Yoni Print is a creative practice and product line offered by For Her Benefit (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website(s), online store, art prints, DIY kits, educational materials, events, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our website and store are hosted by webflow.com, which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your use of our site may therefore also be subject to Webflow’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By visiting our site, making a purchase, participating in an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our products and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minors may participate or be present only under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We understand that some mothers may wish to include their children in this creative process or have them present during workshops, events, or at-home creation. If this is your choice, you are solely responsible for ensuring your child’s safety, comfort, and understanding of the nature of the work. Yoni Print does not provide child-specific instructions, supervision, or materials, and participation remains at the parent or guardian’s full discretion and risk.

Account Registration & Security

If you create an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your login; and (c) accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [contact email] of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. Account creation and data storage are managed through Webflow’s platform and subject to the Webflow Terms of Use and Webflow Privacy Policy.

Product & Service Descriptions

We list product details, availability, and pricing on our site. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that descriptions, colors, images, dimensions, inventory status, or pricing are error-free. If we discover an error that affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, correct the issue, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Pricing, Promotions & Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotional codes must be used within their stated terms and timeframes. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, cancel mispriced orders, or refuse fraudulent or abusive redemptions.

Ordering, Payment & Billing

By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. Payments are processed via Webflow Payments or other approved third-party processors. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason and will refund any amount charged for the canceled portion.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Estimated processing and shipping timelines are not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. International customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because of the intimate and handmade nature of our work, most sales are final.

Kits

We accept returns of unopened, unused kits in original sealed packaging within [14/30] days of delivery. Return shipping is [customer responsibility / covered if defective].

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom and commissioned work is final sale once produced or shipped.

Handmade & Artistic Variations

Each Yoni Print piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, texture, placement, saturation, and materials are expected and celebrated and are not considered defects.

Outcome Disclaimer

The Yoni Print process is organic and cannot be duplicated or guaranteed. Results may differ from examples shown, and no specific outcome is promised.

Safety, Materials & Use Guidelines

Kits and materials are for external artistic use only and are not medical or therapeutic devices. Conduct a patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. Keep materials away from eyes, mouth, children, and pets.

User-Generated Content & Consent

You retain ownership of content you submit. If—and only if—you explicitly opt in, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to use your content in connection with Yoni Print. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, videos, text, logos, and designs are owned by Yoni Print or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. The exclusive venue for disputes is Maricopa County, Arizona.
