Welcome to Yoni Print (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By visiting our site, making a purchase, or engaging with our community, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Yoni Print is a creative practice and product line offered by For Her Benefit (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website(s), online store, art prints, DIY kits, educational materials, events, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). Our website and store are hosted by Wix.com, which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your use of our site may therefore also be subject to Wix’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By visiting our site, making a purchase, participating in an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Our products and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Minors may participate or be present only under the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We understand that some mothers may wish to include their children in this creative process or have them present during workshops, events, or at-home creation. If this is your choice, you are solely responsible for ensuring your child’s safety, comfort, and understanding of the nature of the work. Yoni Print does not provide child-specific instructions, supervision, or materials, and participation remains at the parent or guardian’s full discretion and risk.

Account Registration & Security

If you create an account, you agree to: (a) provide accurate, current information; (b) maintain the confidentiality of your login; and (c) accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [contact email] of any suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations. Account creation and data storage are managed through Wix’s platform and subject to the Wix Terms of Use and Wix Privacy Policy.

Product & Service Descriptions

We list product details, availability, and pricing on our site. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that descriptions, colors, images, dimensions, inventory status, or pricing are error-free. If we discover an error that affects your order, we may contact you for instructions, correct the issue, or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Pricing, Promotions & Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Promotional codes must be used within their stated terms and timeframes. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, cancel mispriced orders, or refuse fraudulent/abusive redemptions.

Ordering, Payment & Billing

By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes, shipping, and applicable fees. Payments are processed via Wix Payments or other approved third-party processors. Your use of these payment services is subject to the Wix Payments Terms of Service. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, supply issues) and will refund any amount charged for the canceled portion.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We share estimated processing and shipping timelines at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees. We may use Wix-integrated shipping solutions to process orders. Shipping label creation and tracking are provided through Wix’s systems and subject to the Wix Terms of Use. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Provide accurate shipping details—we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because of the intimate and handmade nature of our work, most sales are final.

Kits: We accept returns of unopened, unused kits in original sealed packaging within [14/30] days of delivery (proof required). Return shipping is [customer’s responsibility/covered by us if defective].
Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within [7] days of delivery with photos so we can repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Custom/Commissioned Work & Art Prints: Final sale and non-returnable once produced or shipped.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Request changes or cancellations within [24 hours] of purchase. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered fulfillment.

Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom work involves a non-refundable deposit of [percentage/amount]. Timelines are good-faith estimates. Minor artistic variations are inherent to the process. If scope changes after confirmation, additional fees and time may apply. We reserve the right to decline commissions.

Collection-Specific Profit Distribution

Yoni Print and For Her Benefit honor existing contractual agreements with participants in certain collections regarding the distribution of profits from reproduced print sales. These agreements are binding and operate alongside these Terms:

“I Am Her” Collection (Black & White) – 35% of net profit from reproduced print sales is equally distributed among participating individuals in this collection, 25% is donated to a charity of For Her Benefit’s choice, and 40% is retained by For Her Benefit.
“As She Is” Collection (Color) – 25% of net profit from reproduced print sales is paid to the individual participant, 25% is paid to the artist, and 50% is retained by For Her Benefit.

These arrangements apply only to the collections specified above and are subject to the separate signed agreements with each participant. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a participant’s signed agreement, the signed agreement will control.

Handmade & Artistic Variations

Each Yoni Print piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, texture, placement, saturation, paper response, and minor material effects are expected and celebrated. These are not defects and are not grounds for return.

Outcome Disclaimer (Process Uniqueness)

The Yoni Print process centers on an organic exchange between body, paint, and paper. Results cannot be forced, duplicated, or replicated on demand. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or resemblance to examples shown. This uniqueness is the essence of the art.

Safety, Materials & Use Guidelines

Our kits and materials are intended for external, artistic use only. They are not medical or therapeutic devices and should not be inserted or used on broken or irritated skin.

We use Natural Earth Paint products in our kits, known for their eco-friendly, non-toxic pigments. While these materials are made from natural ingredients, some individuals may still experience skin sensitivity or allergic reactions. For full details on their product composition, handling recommendations, and safety data, please review the Natural Earth Paint Safety Guidelines and Terms of Use. By purchasing or using our kits, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms and safety recommendations of Natural Earth Paint.

Sensitivity & Allergies: Conduct a small patch test on non-sensitive skin before use. Discontinue immediately if redness or irritation occurs. If you have known sensitivities (e.g., latex, natural pigments) or medical concerns, consult a qualified health professional before use.
Hygiene & Surfaces: Use clean tools and protected surfaces; follow included cleanup instructions. Keep materials away from eyes and mouth.
Children & Pets: Keep out of reach. Although Natural Earth Paint products are non-toxic, they are not intended for ingestion or unsupervised use by children.
Your Responsibility: You assume all risks of use, including selection, preparation, and cleanup. When in doubt, pause and seek professional advice.

Video Demonstrations & Educational Content

Any videos, guides, posts, or demonstrations we provide are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They are not formal instruction, certification, therapy, or professional advice. Use your own judgment and adapt as needed to honor your body and boundaries.

Autonomy, Consent & Content Withdrawal

We honor participant autonomy. You decide what, how, and when you share.

Sharing: If you choose to share stories, images, or experiences with us, you can request removal from future use at any time by contacting [contact email].
Limitations: We cannot retract items already printed, sold, lawfully archived, or required for legal/recordkeeping purposes. We will use reasonable efforts to remove digital content from platforms we control within a commercially reasonable timeframe after verifying the request.
Our Discretion: We also reserve the right not to use any print or shared experience, even if you granted permission.

User-Generated Content & Community Standards

You are responsible for content you submit or post (e.g., stories, reviews, photos). Prohibited content includes: material involving minors; non-consensual or exploitative content; harassment or hate; illegal activity; spam; or content that infringes others’ rights. We may remove or decline to host content at our discretion and may suspend participation for violations.

Content License (Opt-In; Consent-Forward)

If—and only if—you explicitly opt in for us to feature your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with Yoni Print (website, social channels, portfolios, press, and education). You can withdraw this license at any time by emailing [contact email]; see Section 14 for removal limits.

Intellectual Property

All Yoni Print artwork, images, videos, text, logos, designs, and site content are owned by Christina Castaldo / Yoni Print or licensed to us and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, sell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted.

Works by Former and Guest Yoni Print Artists

Yoni Print may reproduce, sell, and distribute artworks originally created by former Yoni Print artists or other Yoni Art participants when rights to those works have been lawfully transferred or licensed to For Her Benefit. This includes, but is not limited to, prints purchased outright from the original creator and works shared under written agreement for inclusion in the Yoni Print brand.

All such works are marketed and sold under the Yoni Print name in accordance with the rights acquired, and in some cases may retain attribution to the original creator. Any future Yoni Art participants who choose to share or sell their works for inclusion in the Yoni Print brand will be subject to a separate agreement detailing ownership, reproduction rights, and any profit-sharing arrangements.

Limited License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest data, bypass technical protections, or use the Services for any competing or unlawful purpose.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) post or request content involving minors; (d) harass, exploit, or dox others; (e) upload malware or attempt to interfere with the Services; (f) misrepresent your affiliation; (g) use automated means without permission.

Events, Exhibits & Community Gatherings

Registration is subject to availability and may require agreeing to event-specific terms or media consent forms. Be respectful of others’ boundaries and privacy. Event schedules may change. For cancellations or refunds, see the event page/policy at time of registration. If you appear in event media, we will seek explicit consent before featuring intimate content.

Donations & Nonprofit Relationship (For Her Benefit)

Purchases from Yoni Print are not charitable donations and are generally not tax-deductible. For tax-deductible gifts, please donate directly to For Her Benefit and retain the official receipt.

Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party providers, including Wix.com, to operate our website and store. This means parts of your experience are governed by Wix’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We also use third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and email platforms. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or policies.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information through our Wix-hosted website. Your information is stored and processed on Wix’s secure servers, and is subject to both our Privacy Policy and the Wix Privacy Policy. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yoni Print, For Her Benefit, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

Not Medical, Legal, or Therapeutic Advice

The Services are creative and educational. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice, and do not create any professional-client relationship. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

Compliance with Laws & Export

You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use and purchases, including any prohibitions on materials. We do not ship where restricted by law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, internet failures).

Changes to Products, Services & Terms

We may update offerings, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Effective Date” updated above. Material changes will be noted on the site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations (e.g., in a reorganization or asset transfer).

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to first email us at Christina@YoniPrint.com with a brief written description of the dispute so we can attempt an informal resolution within 30 days. If unresolved, claims may be brought in small-claims or courts of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona. To keep this community safe and respectful, claims must be brought on an individual basis.
