Introduction & Commitment to Privacy
At Yoni Print, founded and created by artist Christina Castaldo, we understand that engaging with our work can be a deeply personal and intimate experience. The nature of our art — which celebrates and honors the uniqueness of the female form — often involves stories, images, or inspiration that hold emotional and private meaning. We are committed to safeguarding your information with the utmost care, sensitivity, and respect. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights and choices you have regarding your personal data.
What Personal Information We Collect
When you interact with Yoni Print, we may collect information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing and billing addresses, and payment details when making a purchase or commissioning artwork. This may also include notes or ideas you share for custom pieces, messages sent to the artist, or responses to event or exhibition invitations. We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, device details, and site usage data through cookies or similar technologies. Additionally, we may receive information from trusted third parties, such as payment processors like PayPal or Stripe, which provide us with limited details necessary to fulfill your transaction.
Sensitive & Intimate Content
Because Yoni Print’s work may involve highly personal imagery or inspiration, any reference materials, personal stories, or discussions about your body or experiences are handled with heightened confidentiality. Such information is never shared publicly without your explicit written consent, and is stored securely either offline or in password-protected digital storage accessible only to the artist.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to process orders, payments, and shipments, and to communicate with you regarding purchases, commissions, or inquiries. With your consent, we may also provide updates on exhibitions, events, and new collections. Additionally, we use this information to protect against fraud and misuse of our services, and to maintain accurate records necessary for business operations, tax reporting, and legal compliance.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, including the use of secure servers, encrypted payment processing, and restricted access to sensitive materials. Commission files and intimate artistic materials are stored securely and are never disclosed without your permission.
Sharing Your Information
Yoni Print does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, process donations or payments, manage events, or deliver communications, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. We may also share your information when required by law to comply with legal processes or governmental requests, to protect our rights, safety, and property as well as the rights, safety, and property of others, or with your consent or at your direction — for example, when you request to be recognized publicly as a client or donor.
Use of Prints & Shared Experiences
For commissioned pieces, we require a signed agreement outlining how your artwork and related materials may or may not be displayed, shared, or reproduced. Your consent will always be sought before using your commission for exhibitions, marketing, or portfolio purposes. While Yoni Print honors and values every creation, Christina Castaldo reserves the right, at her sole discretion, not to use, display, or share any print or shared experience if she feels it does not align with the artistic direction or brand values of Yoni Print.
Anonymity, Discretion & Right to Retract
We honor your autonomy in every aspect of the creative process. You decide what you share, how you share it, and when you share it. You may request that your name not be associated with your purchase or commission, and we can provide discreet shipping and packaging upon request. At any time, you may request that your print, image, or shared experience be withdrawn from any public display, portfolio use, exhibition, or marketing material. Your wishes will be honored without question, and we will confirm removal with you.

Your Rights & How We Manage Your Data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain proper business records.
